Shipping - Delivery - Pick Up

SHIPPING

  • We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, Alaska, and Hawaii
  • Due to the current trends, delivery partners we use, such as UPS, are experiencing some service challenges. Transit times are not guaranteed.
  • We are not responsible for wrong addresses, please double check your address before the order is placed.

Warm Weather Shipping:

  • We make all of our products fresh
  • Our products can not be in transit over the weekend during warmer months, therefore we will only ship orders every Monday or Tuesday.
  • Standard shipping for orders $4 - $69.99 is a $14 flate rate which includes shipping + cold packaging.  Arrival is estimated 3-4 days
  • Standard shipping for orders $70 - $150 is a $14 flate rate which includes shipping + cold packaging.  Arrival is estimated 3-4 days
  • If your order is placed on Monday-Tuesday by noon, we offer 3 day UPS Select shipping for $30, otherwise your order will ship the following week. 
  • The shipping options will be shown at checkout
  • Chocolate and heat sensitive items will ship in cool shield packaging with gel ice packs insulated from condensation. 
  • All packages will be shipped via UPS
  • To ensure best delivery practices, please have someone available to receive the package upon delivery. 
  • Your package will be marked FRAGILE, LEAVE IN SHADED AREA
  • We do our best to have your order arrive on time, we will not be responsible for delays from the shipping company. 

Cold Weather Shipping:

  • We make all of our products fresh, it usually takes 1-2 business days to ship. With standard shipping your order should arrive in 2-4 business days from the ship date.
  • Orders are shipped M-F
  •  We offer flat rate and express shipping.  

Delivery

  • We make all of our products fresh, it usually takes 1-2 business days.
  • Delivery is available Monday through Friday.
  • Delivery is $10 and available within the following zip codes; 37075, 37066, 37072, 37070.    

PICK UP

  • We make all of our products fresh, it usually takes 1-2 business days.  We will send you an email confirmation when the order is ready for pick up. 
  • Pick up is available Monday - Friday, 8:30a-4:30p.  
  • Pick up location is the Hendersonville Chamber of Commerce 100 Country Club Dr #104, Hendersonville, TN 37075
